My name is Jeroham Romero, but you can call me

Jerome. As a father of three, my biggest priority has always been providing for my family while being present at home. My journey into the digital world started in March 2021, working for my brother-in-law’s agency. However, after a year, things took a turn, and I ended up leaving the company. Determined to continue working remotely, I started searching for virtual assistant (VA) jobs such as social media management, data entry, and video editing. But with intense competition in the VA space, finding consistent work was a struggle.


It was during this time that I realized the

true value of Go High Level (GHL)—a powerful automation tool I had learned while working for my brother-in-law. I saw that while the demand for GHL experts was high, there weren’t many people who knew how to use it effectively. So, I made a decision: instead of competing in the oversaturated VA market, I would specialize in helping agency owners with GHL. While I managed to land a few projects, the work was inconsistent, and I knew I needed to do more to stand out.


To build my reputation, I started providing free value to the GHL community on Facebook, answering questions, solving problems, and helping others navigate the platform. My dedication paid off when

Beant Singh, the founder of Extendly (getextendly.com),

recognized my expertise and offered me a full-time role as a GHL support specialist. I was one of the first 20 employees at Extendly, and as the demand for GHL experts grew, so did the company. Today, we have a team of over100 members, supporting agencies worldwide.

For the past three years, my ability to work from home with GHL has allowed me to sustain my family while having the flexibility to be present in their lives. I firmly believe that working remotely is the new normal, especially after the pandemic. That’s why I am now
